Confidential International Branch (CIB)
Confidential International Branch (CIB) is a voluntary organization registered with NITI Aayog and under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882. CIB works as an auxiliary force to police and administration, assisting during natural disasters, emergencies, and crises while promoting communal harmony and maintaining internal security. We are committed to supporting the nation by sharing vital information with government authorities on crime, corruption, terrorism, money laundering, cybercrime, drugs, human trafficking, and other illegal activities. Through awareness campaigns, seminars, and community programs, CIB also addresses issues like human rights protection, women’s safety, child labor, bonded labor, and corporate fraud.
Driven by integrity, truth, and professionalism, our volunteers work selflessly without incentives, united by the vision of building a safer and crime-free India.

CIB gathers and shares information on crime, corruption, terrorism, narcotics, cybercrime, and other illegal activities with relevant authorities. It works to prevent fraud, human rights violations, and other offenses while educating the public. Together, CIB envisions a safe, just, and crime-free society.

The Chief Director of the Confidential International Branch (CIB) leads the organization in supporting law enforcement, maintaining internal security, and assisting communities during emergencies. The Chief Director ensures that all operations are carried out with integrity, professionalism, and dedication, guiding members to serve the nation selflessly and contribute to a safer, crime-free society. By responsibly managing funds contributed by our members, the Treasurer supports the Commission’s mission to promote ethical journalism and safeguard press freedom.
Chief Women Cell, Mrs. Payel Mondal
The Chief Women cell of the Confidential International Branch (CIB) leads initiatives focused on women’s safety, empowerment, and justice. She works to prevent crimes against women, raise awareness through seminars and campaigns, and support victims with guidance and protection.
